Rooted in trance’s origins, DINA continues to develop the sound within her own realm. Her releases and sets channel trance and psychedelic influences with emotional depth. As co-founder of Nachtcrew, her imprint extends beyond the booth and into the fabric of the scene itself. Through both the club circuit and her sonic explorations, she has crossed paths with like-minded artists, each building their own microcosm through sound. With Rituals, DINA naturally brings together her journey in the scene so far.

For this 17-track release, she has stepped into a curatorial role for the New York-based Air Texture VA series. Since the early 2010s, the series has become known for bringing together sharply curated music from artists across the globe. It’s as much an exploration of DINA’s connections made so far as it is an exploration of the outer edges of trance and experimental electronic music. Fittingly for the genre, the compilation moves between something timeless and contemporary at the same time.

Minimal Collective premieres DINA’s own contribution, Broken Rings. Psychedelic pulses and glitched voices guide the dancefloor into a space suspended between euphoria and hypnosis.
