1. Identity
Minimal Collective, info@minimalcollective.digital, maintains the website www.minimalcollective.digital and is the seller and your contractual partner when you make transactions, e.g. buy products, through the website. By using the website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the entire agreement. Please read it carefully.
These Terms supersedes all previous representations, understandings or agreements provided by Minimal Collective. All products or services and information displayed by Minimal Collective. constitute an "invitation to offer". Your order of purchases constitutes your "offer", which shall be subject to the Terms. Minimal Collective reserves the right to accept or deny your offer for any reason at any time.

2. Use of content/press
2.1 All the content found on the website and webshop of Minimal Collective including logos, photographs, and videos belong to Minimal Collective or parties we work with.
2.2 In the case you would like to use some of our content from our website, like images from the website, videos or anything else, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@minimalcollective.digital
3. Orders
3.1 When the customer orders items via the webshop they make an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
3.2 While we do our utmost to update our webshop as accurate as possible, the warehouse of Minimal Collective is subject to change. Therefore we reserve the right to not deliver the requested product(s), in the event if the stock level was incorrect or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
3.3 Minimal Collective reserves the right to adjust or alter the price of our products at our discretion at any given time. The same applies for our right to mention the correct price for an item that was incorrectly stated on the webshop at the time of ordering.
3.4 In the case we are unable to deliver the customer is contacted and will be given the opportunity to cancel the order, this in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order. In the case of an advanced payment your money will be refunded within 30 days. When the product is available for later delivery a new delivery date will be offered. However if it is not desirable you will also have the option to cancel the order.
4. Payments
At the moment we offer the following different payment options:

4.1 As soon as your order is submitted to our webshop, you will receive a notification e-mail with the details and any optional payment options.
4.2 For any questions about your order, feel free to contact us at store@minimalcollective.digital. We will reply to you within 24 hours.
5. Shipping policy
You will receive a confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. Please re-check your shipping address for mistakes. Extra shipping cost as a result of a wrong address will be for the client's costs.

5.1 Pre-orders
Customers who place pre-orders will be added to our priority waiting list. Items available on pre-order have an estimated shipment date, which indicates the date on which the item will be shipped from the warehouse. Pre-ordered items may be delivered before or after the estimated date. Minimal Collective cannot be held responsible for any delay, cancellation or any other exceptional circumstance that arises during the manufacture of a pre-ordered item.
Credit cards are debited when pre-orders are placed. If an order includes both items that are currently available and pre-ordered items, two deliveries will be made.
5.2 Customs fees and taxes
All deliveries to Europe are not applicable for import duty and taxes. All Orders shipped to the USA, Canada and New Zealand have import duties and taxes paid for. Deliveries to the rest of the world where duty is applicable can choose to pay duty at the check-out or upon receipt of the order. Please note any shipping costs, taxes and/or duty applicable to your order are non-refundable.
5.3 Shipping Methods
Packages will be shipped using standard shipping services, which are PostNL or DPD.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund or store credit. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to our warehouse. Within 14 days, orders may be returned and we will issue a refund.
To return the item, please send us an e-mail to store@minimalcollective.digital. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
We will then provide you with further instructions by email
- All products must be returned within 14 days after the delivery.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- All products must have all original Minimal Collective tags still attached.
- Save your tracking code link as proof of shipping.
If you do not like your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price, by our warehouse. We only accept undamaged, unaltered, unsoiled, unused, unworn and unwashed products (other than to try the product(s) on and in the same state that it was sold to you). Please note that where possible, any labels or tags must remain intact and attached. The product(s) should be returned in or with its original packaging.
6.1 Refunds
When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
6.2 Refunds during sale
Any products purchased in our regular sale can be returned but can't be refunded. Instead, you will receive a store credit for the same amount as the order value.

Shipping policy
You will receive a confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. Please re-check your shipping address for mistakes. Extra shipping cost as a result of a wrong address will be for the client's costs.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel. Please note that during sale and collection releases, dispatch time may take up to 5 days.
The estimated delivery time starts when your order is shipped, not when it is placed. The timeframes are provided for information only and do not take into account any delays caused by stock availability, customs clearance times or any other exceptional circumstances.
Minimal Collective offers free standard shipping for:
- The Netherlands
- Belgium
- Germany
- Luxembourg
- France
- Denmark
For shipping to the rest of Europe, Minimal Collective offers free standard shipping for orders over €100; a fee of €10 will be charged for orders below €100.
For shipping to the rest of the world, Minimal Collective offers free standard shipping for orders over €200; a fee of €20 will be charged for orders below €200.

3. When purchasing a product online:
