Space Drum Meditation's debut album, Four Tusks, is set to release this November, introducing a bold new chapter in their artistic evolution. This 12-track album unfolds like an immersive ritual, drawing listeners into a rich, atmospheric world shaped by primal beats, deep percussion, and haunting soundscapes.
Inspired by nature’s raw elements, Four Tusks blends ancient instruments like flutes and throat singing with field recordings that evoke rumbling thunder and the whisper of rain. Each track weaves together dark, earthy tones with ethereal ambience, creating a murky aural entity that feels both ancient and contemporary.
Minimal Collective is excited to premiere the track "Temple of Dusk," accompanied by a mesmerizing visual clip featuring the enigmatic performing artist Myrgon. Directed by Sin Sarel, the video captures the ritualistic essence of Four Tusks, with Myrgon embodying the album's elemental spirit in a performance that draws viewers into its primal, meditative depths.
