Ranging from abstract fast-paced rhythms and crumbling beats to biblical ambient tracks, the release is an experimental outcome of the label’s own research to the new age. In times of the current digital ephemerality, examine-archive tests and reproduces its own curatorial practice and research. The musical result of this showcases various developments and new interpretations in contemporary culture across the globe.

The CD release comes with a small booklet, including visual content by the artists featured on the compilation. The recycled material is manually composed and is limited to 200 pieces.

The Leipzig-based V-RAM contributes to this research with the compelling drum&base track Hypnose on CD 01; an ominous and hypnotic production, which is perhaps a not-so-positive examination of the new age we are living in.
